This policy describes information collected through mandlik-rhodes.com by Mandlik & Rhodes Information Systems, Inc. It does not apply to data we process for our clients, which is governed by our agreements with them.
Information we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and message. We also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. Google may collect information about your activity on this site and other websites over time. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser’s cookie settings. Google Analytics only runs if you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How we use and share information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the site, and protect it from abuse. We may share it with service providers that help us run our business and website, such as our hosting, CRM and analytics providers, and where required by law. Our service providers may use it only to provide services to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Website logs and analytics data are kept only as long as needed to operate, secure and measure the site. Database backups are deleted after 14 days.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including if you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask us to confirm this.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Email info@mandlik-rhodes.com or call 847-277-0433. We will respond as required by applicable law. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching details you give us with information we hold, such as your email address. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and ask you to verify your identity directly.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information through this site. We collect it directly from you and automatically from your device, use it for the purposes described above, and disclose it only to service providers for those business purposes. We have not sold or shared any of it.
