Founded in 1995 in Barrington, Illinois, Mandlik & Rhodes Information Systems set out to solve a simple problem: coupon and rebate settlement between manufacturers and retailers was slow, error-prone, and hard to audit. We built a clearinghouse that fixed that.
Today MRIS processes transactions for 600+ CPG manufacturers, using our own C*Clear and PARIS℠ systems to give clients real-time visibility, over the web, into every dollar that moves through their program.
We were the first in the industry to launch a web-based coupon redemption information portal with analytics and reporting, and the first to provide real-time redemption information through a web-based portal. Our PARIS℠ system was the first in the industry to process digital coupons and the first to be compliant with the GS1 DataBar — a track record of being early to the standards that now define the industry.
